Personal Injury Paralegal Annual Salary: To be discussed Location: Bristol Job Type: Hybrid (2 days in office) We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Handler to join our client''s claimant injury department. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload involving a variety of injury claims, including those involving vulnerable road users and minor to moderate head injuries. This role requires a combination of office and home working, with 2 days per week spent in our clients Bristol office. PLEASE NOTE: MUST HAVE LITIGATION/PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO CARRY A CASELOAD INDEPENDENTLY TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE. Day-to-day of the role: Efficiently and effectively manage your own caseload of personal injury claims. Pursue claims up to a value of £25,000.00 through and outside of the MOJ Portal, including pre and post litigation stages, making full use of our case management system. Comply fully with agreed service standards. Communicate with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, and solicitors. Attend and participate in weekly risk assessment meetings. Manage client expectations and effectively deal with any complaints that arise in line with company policy. Perform any other duties as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience handling a claimant injury caseload. Working knowledge of MOJ Portal processes. Experience pursuing claims allocated to the Fast Track.
