Litigation Paralegal Warwickshire£25,000 - £35,000 per annumFull Time Permanent Are you a motivated Litigation Paralegal looking to join a well-established law firm in Warwickshire? This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and growing Dispute Resolution team, working alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of contentious matters while developing your career within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied caseload and play a key role in supporting fee earners on litigation matters from initial instruction through to conclusion. The Role As a Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include: Assisting solicitors and partners with a varied caseload of litigation matters Drafting legal correspondence, court documents, witness statements, and applications Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries Reviewing and organising disclosure documentation Liaising with clients, barristers, courts, experts, and third parties Preparing trial bundles, court bundles, and hearing documentation Managing key dates, court deadlines, and compliance requirements Maintaining accurate case management records and file administration Supporting fee earners throughout the litigation process About You The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience working as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Litigation Assistant Experience within civil litigation, commercial litigation, dispute ..... full job details .....
