The successful candidate will support experienced fee earners on a broad caseload including commercial and civil disputes, debt recovery, and contractual matters. Key Responsibilities:Assist with case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and bundling for court.Manage correspondence with clients, courts, and third parties under supervision.Support the team with case management, file maintenance, and evidence collation.Attend client meetings and take notes as required.Monitor deadlines and ensure all procedural steps are taken in a timely manner.Assist in the preparation of witness statements, instructions to counsel, and trial documentation.Handle administrative tasks including diary management, filing, and billing support.
