Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing and organising legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support ongoing litigation strategies. Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and schedule meetings or court appearances. Monitor deadlines and court dates to ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to procedural requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and efficiently. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining case management systems.
