Key Responsibilities:Draft legal documents and correspondence related to dispute resolution and litigation matters.Assist with preparation of court bundles, witness statements, instructions to counsel, and other case materials.Conduct legal research to support fee earners with case strategy and procedural requirements.Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.Manage client/matter files, ensuring accurate filing, archiving, and database updates.Operate the case management system and maintain electronic document storage.Transcribe digital dictation and prepare drafts of pleadings, applications, and routine court documents.Arrange and attend client meetings, take notes, and assist with ..... full job details .....
