Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Junior Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal experience, particularly within Personal Injury or litigation, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in Data Breach, Group Litigation and Consumer Claims.The RoleWorking alongside experienced solicitors and fee earners, you will assist with a varied caseload of litigated matters while developing your technical knowledge and litigation skills. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with the management of personal injury, data breach and group litigation filesDrafting legal correspondence and court documentsPreparing claim documentation and supporting litigation processesLiaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third partiesObtaining and reviewing medical records and evidencePreparing trial bundles and other court documentationMaintaining accurate case management recordsSupporting fee earners throughout the ..... full job details .....
