Working in a structured, high-volume environment, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and progressing matters efficiently from initial instruction through to resolution. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing and assessing new damage claims received from external stakeholders, contractors and third parties, ensuring all relevant information and supporting evidence is accurate and complete. Managing a personal caseload of legal recovery matters from initial instruction through to final resolution, using internal case management systems to monitor progress, maintain accurate records and meet agreed service levels.
