Litigation Manager

Role: Litigation Manager Location: Sale, Manchester with travel (office 2 days/home 3 days) Hours: 37.5 per week Mon-Fri Salary: up to £50,000 DOE + 10% bonus + benefits I am looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Manager to lead the growing Litigation team and oversee legal recovery activity for a client based in Sale, Manchester and the role with involve some travel. Have you previously managed a team working within debt recovery? Have you managed multiple legal actions cases? The role will combine hands-on litigation expertise with team leadership, taking ownership of complex debt recovery cases while coaching and developing a high-performing team. Working closely with senior stakeholders and external solicitors, you''ll drive successful recovery outcomes, manage legal risk, and continuously improve our litigation processes.
