This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Secretary to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting busy litigation solicitors. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to litigation solicitors Produce high-quality legal documents, correspondence, court forms, and bundles, including high-volume typing and audio-typing Format, proofread, and prepare documents in line with firm templates and house style Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails on behalf of fee earners Maintain accurate and well-organised case files, both paper-based and electronic Assist with diary management, scheduling meetings, court dates, and appointments Prepare and serve court bundles and litigation documentation as required Handle client and professional telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in a legal secretarial or litigation support role within a law firm Excellent ..... full job details .....
