About The Role
A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled and proactive
Team Litigation Legal Secretary . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality support to legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive typing, secretarial, and administrative support to fee earnersTranscribe and prepare legal documents and correspondence using digital dictationManage electronic filing systems and case management softwareHandle client communications and document retrieval proceduresCoordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and diary management
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience as a legal secretary or similar role, including digital dictationStrong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and document formattingFamiliarity with legal procedures and administrative systems
