This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling contract-based disputes who is looking for varied, challenging and rewarding work within a supportive and technically strong legal team.As a Litigation Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on contractual disputes. The work will include claimant and defendant matters across commercial contracts, consumer contracts, misrepresentation, professional negligence, construction disputes and other contract-related claims.The caseload will include work funded by Legal Expenses Insurance, as well as private and commercial instructions. Many matters are complex, high value and intellectually engaging, offering the successful candidate the chance to further develop their litigation experience in a collaborative and well-supported environment. This is what you will be doing As a Litigation Lawyer, your duties will include:- Managing your own caseload of fast track, intermediate track and multi-track contract dispute matters.Advising individual and commercial clients on a range of civil litigation claims, including sale of goods and services disputes, building contracts, professional negligence and misrepresentation.Handling claimant and defendant ..... full job details .....
