      <description>Location: Chatham | Salary: 25.00-25.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Litigation Lawyer   Annual Salary equivalent: 45k to 65k (£25 to £36 per hour PAYE) Location: Chatham, Kent Job Type: Hybrid (flexible working arrangement) Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)  My client is looking for a lawyer who focuses on Housing and Homelessness Law along with general civil litigation, offering the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and contribute to best practice within Legal Services. Day-to-day of the role:  Provide high-quality legal advice, assistance, and representation to the Council on legal matters relating to Housing, Homelessness, and general civil litigation. Advise on the interpretation and application of council policies, procedures, and governance requirements to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes.
