We are currently working in partnership with a
Local Authority based in the South-West , who are recruiting for a
locum Senior Litigation Lawyer
to join the team for 3-months initially.The role can be on a
fully remote basis , with a rate in the region of
£55p/hour UMB , negotiable subject to PQE.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Handling a varied caseload including property litigation, highways and general civil litigation, including debt recovery and judicial review proceedingsAdvising on a range of criminal and civil litigation matters, involving planning enforcement and education mattersProviding guidance and supervision to junior members of the Litigation teamRewards and Benefits:Working hours:37 hours per weekMonday – FridayPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
