This Complaints and Claims Handler position is ideal for someone with litigation knowledge who is looking to step away from fee-earning or build on their existing experience in a more advisory, problem-solving capacity.About the roleHandle first-stage complaints from initial receipt through to resolutionInvestigate issues, liaise with fee earners, and provide written responsesManage claims processes, including communication with insurers and panel firmsSupport internal teams to resolve issues proactively and prevent escalationAssist in developing systems and processes to minimise future risksWork closely with the Head of Compliance and RiskHybrid working available (approx. 2 days from home)What we are looking forExperience or knowledge of litigation and court proceduresUnderstanding of complaint handling processes and response timelines desirableBackground as a paralegal, solicitor, CIlex or experienced legal professionalStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA collaborative, approachable, and team-focused mindsetSomeone who values an open, friendly, and supportive cultureAbility to build ..... full job details .....
