In this role you will be dealing with case preperation before Employment tribunal, working on behalf of Business owners to assess tribunal matters, create court bundles,witness statements etc. You must be educated to LPC / BPTC and have Litigation experience - handling full litigation process for your own caseload. Employment law knowledge is desirable due to the nature of the business. In return you will gain fantastic knowledge of Employment law across all industries, and amazing progression opportunies. This role will also support SQE as it will count towards Legal work experience.        Job Purpose   To assist our broad spectrum of clients with Employment Tribunal matters, from advising on merits of the case, drafting responses to exchanging witness statements as well as conducting telephone preliminary hearings.
