This is an excellent opportunity for an established fee earner with strong litigation experience to manage a varied caseload and support the delivery of high-quality legal services across multiple disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesIssue and serve proceedings (DCP)Manage and maintain Court diaries, including: Notifying clients and the Court of hearing datesEnsuring representation is arranged for hearingsEnsure compliance with Court directions and key deadlinesPrepare Court bundles and lists of documentsAttend Court hearings with and without CounselHandle new client enquiries and onboard clients across: Personal injuryClinical negligenceLandlord and tenant disputesDebt recoveryContested probate and general litigationTake client instructions and provide ongoing case updatesCommunicate effectively with clients via telephone and emailMaintain accurate and up-to-date case recordsWork collaboratively within the litigation departmentEssential Skills and ExperienceExperience within a Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, or Litigation departmentProven experience as a fee earner with the ability to manage caseloads independentlyWorking knowledge of: ..... full job details .....
