Litigation Executive

An excellent opportunity for a capable litigation professional to join a growing legal team handling a varied civil and commercial litigation caseload. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, pace, client interaction, and working closely with senior leadership. The Role Supporting the Head of Litigation, you will assist on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, debt recovery matters, and contentious files. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to case progression, court procedures, client communication, and departmental growth. Key Responsibilities Supporting civil and commercial litigation matters Drafting legal documents and correspondence Filing court documents via the court portal Managing case files and deadlines Keeping clients updated throughout their matter Liaising with experts and counsel Supporting hearings, meetings and negotiations Assisting with department growth and client development What We re Looking For in a Litigation Executive 3+ years litigation/paralegal experience Strong debt recovery exposure Court portal filing experience essential Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organisational skills Ability to work independently Commercial awareness and client care mindset Proclaim / Hoowla helpful Landlord and tenant or property disputes exposure advantageous Package 26k - £32K DOE Parking Flexible / part-time options considered Pension Strong progression opportunity Close mentorship from Head of Department ..... full job details .....
