The RoleAs a dedicated Litigation Executive, you will manage the full litigation process for your own caseload, from initial instruction through to resolution. Your duties will include:Caseload Management: Reviewing Early Conciliation and Tribunal matters, including complex open-track cases, for a broad spectrum of corporate clients.Case Preparation: Drafting grounds of resistance (ET3), complex applications, and comprehensive witness statements.Disclosure and Bundles: Handling all aspects of document disclosure and the meticulous creation of court bundles.Advocacy: Conducting preliminary hearings by telephone and representing clients'' interests robustly.Negotiation: Assessing the merits of cases to negotiate and achieve commercially favourable settlements.Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for Tribunals, Claimants'' representatives, and corporate clients.What You Bring to the TeamWe are ..... full job details .....
