Role: Litigation Executive Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid CRA Consulting is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded claimant law firm to recruit a Military Claims Legal Executive / Litigation Executive for its expanding Castleford office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation professional to join a specialist department acting on behalf of current and former Armed Forces personnel pursuing complex personal injury and industrial disease claims. You''ll manage your own caseload, work alongside experienced colleagues and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients who have served their country.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of military injury and industrial disease claims, progressing matters from initial instruction through to settlement, with support from senior colleagues where required. The caseload includes claims relating to:Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)Non-Freezing Cold Injury (NFCI)Asbestos-related illnessesOther service-related personal injury and industrial disease claimsKey responsibilities include:Managing your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated military claims.Reviewing liability, causation and quantum to develop effective case strategies.Drafting legal correspondence, witness statements, schedules of loss and court documentation.Obtaining, ..... full job details .....
