      <description>Location: Bury | Salary: 20000.00-20000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our client is seeking a Litigation Executive to join their Bury Office. Your focus will be both commercial and civil litigation cases, ensuring they are completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities• Ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with SRA standards and regulations• Assist in the preparation of legal cases, including drafting legal documents • Filing court documents through the court portal (experience is essential) • Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with organisational standards • Handling clients matters and requests and keeping clients updated from initial enquiry to completion of their matter• Instruct experts and counsel • Assist in the business development and growth of the department• Attend court hearings, meetings, and negotiations as an assistant of the Solicitor with conduct when necessary Requirements• At least 3 years'' experience in a Litigation administrative/Paralegal role essential• At least 3 years'' experience in debt matters essential • Previous experience in an estate agents/landlord/tenant dealing role desirable• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a t...</description>
