Joining an expanding insurance litigation team, you will handle a varied caseload covering motor, industrial disease, employers'' liability and public liability claims. The role offers challenging work, support with your development and hybrid working, with two days in the office and three days working from home. This is a full-time opportunity suited to a solicitor with personal injury litigation experience. Previous defence insurance experience would be an advantage but is not essential. Key Responsibilities Handle a varied litigation caseload on behalf of insurers and self-insured commercial organisations. Investigate claims, liaise with policyholders and take witness statements. Review medical records and reports, identify evidence requirements and obtain relevant documentation. Draft legal documents, client advice and initial and ongoing case reports.
