You will run your own matters and work alongside the senior attorneys on a broad commercial disputes caseload. What we''re looking for in a Litigation Associate At least 3 years'' post-qualification experience A recognised Commonwealth designation (England and Wales, Australia, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, Ireland or similar) Proven advocacy, with a track record of conducting litigation to a high standard in court Solid general commercial litigation experience, which is essential Strong legal research and opinion writing Confident, courteous communication with clients, lawyers and colleagues The ..... full job details .....
