Due to an exciting and busy caseload, they are seeking an experienced Litigation and Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their friendly and supportive team across their offices in Risca, Newbridge, Abertillery and Blackwood. The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable firm where you will manage a varied caseload while developing your career within a collaborative and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious litigation and family law matters from instruction through to conclusion Advising clients on a range of disputes, including contract issues, property disputes, tortious matters, contentious probate and personal injuries claims Handling family law matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements Drafting legal documentation including pleadings, witness statements, applications, settlement agreements, and orders Representing clients at hearings where appropriate Liaising with counsel, ..... full job details .....
