Lithographic Printer Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Role Type: Permanent staff role Rate of pay: £20.15 per hr Shift Pattern: Week 1 Monday to Wednesday 6am 6pm Week 2 Thursday to Saturday 6am 6pm Week 3 Monday to Wednesday 6pm to 6am Remuneration: 34 hrs per week 170 hrs holiday per year Paid Bank Holidays People s Pension with company contribution Death In Service We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer to join our production team, operating high-spec machinery in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. What you will be doing Press Operation: handling everything from plate loading to registration. Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks. Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimize waste. Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance. What you will bring to the team Experience as a Lithographic Printer An understanding of both UV and conventional print processes. Colour management skills and a "right first time" attitude. The ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues. A flexible approach to shift work and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
