An inclusive secondary school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated Literacy SEN Tutor to join their Additional Resource Provision from September 2026. As a Literacy SEN Tutor, you will support autistic students in developing core literacy skills, confidence, and communication through structured small-group intervention. What You ll Be Doing as a Literacy SEN TutorDeliver small-group literacy sessions as a Literacy SEN Tutor within an ARP setting.Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional learning needs.Focus on reading, writing, comprehension, and functional communication skills.Adapt learning materials to suit a range of neurodivergent profiles.Work closely with specialist SEN staff to deliver targeted interventions.
