The provision supports learners with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and barriers to mainstream education within a structured and nurturing environment. This role focuses on delivering targeted literacy, phonics, reading, and oracy interventions to help students re-engage with learning, build confidence, and improve outcomes. This is a highly rewarding long-term opportunity with the potential to progress into a permanent role.
