Lister / Department Head

We are delighted to be working with a leading estate agency to find them an experienced and ambitious Lister / Sales Department Head for their Islington office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take on a senior role at one of the UK biggest offices with a focus on driving new business, achieving personal targets and helping to develop the performance of the wider sales team. You''ll be responsible for: Driving the generation of new business and developing opportunities Achieving personal sales, listing and revenue targets Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, colleagues and local contacts Supporting the office with a commercial understanding of profitability and PandL Maintaining high standards across compliance and internal audit requirements Identifying opportunities for cross-referrals across the wider business As Lister / Sales Department Head, you will receive: £30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary Competitive commission structure £80,000 - £100,00 OTE Company car or car allowance Company benefits and additional incentives Experience and skills you''ll need: Experience within a busy estate agency or residential sales environment Proven ability to generate new business and achieve personal targets Commercially astute with the ability to maximise opportunities and minimise risk Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and support those around you Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills ..... full job details .....
