Job Title: Liquid Logic Trainer Location: West Northamptonshire Council Rate: £400 per day (Outside IR35) Contract: Full-time, 10-week initial contract Start Date: ASAPSanctuary Personnel is seeking experienced Liquid Logic Trainers to support the rollout of its new Liquid Logic social care system. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation programme and deliver impactful training to over 1,200 staff members.Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality training sessions both on-site and virtually to staff across the county. Create and maintain training materials and user guides tailored to the needs of end users. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to users during and after training. Travel between various council sites (mileage expenses will be covered). Maintain clear communication with project teams and training participants. Work Pattern: 4 days per week on site 1 day per week working from home Candidate Requirements: Proven experience delivering training on Liquidlogic social care software (Adults or Children s services) or equivalent Liquidlogic systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train users of varying digital skill levels. Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
