Linklaters'' Re:link – Leveraged Finance Contract Lawyers is looking for top-tier Leveraged Finance lawyers for immediate interim opportunities. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in Term Loan B financings (TLB) including refinancing, dividend recap, incremental facilities and new buyout financings. Responsibilities and opportunities

Provide Leveraged Finance contract services on a fixed-term basis to clients.Apply expertise in Term Loan B financings including refinancing, dividend recap, incremental facilities and new buyout financings.Collaborate with Linklaters practice groups and client teams in a consulting context.

Qualifications and requirements

Experience in Leveraged Finance, especially Term Loan B financings (TLB); refinancing, dividend recap, incremental facilities, and buyout financings.Open to candidates with consulting experience or those seeking to move into the consulting field.Right to reside and work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
