      <description>Location: Woking | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | As a Link Worker, you will support and empower adults across Surrey to improve their mental health and wellbeing. You will provide person-centred one-to-one support, assessments, structured interventions and onward referrals, helping people identify their goals, make positive changes and connect with community activities and services.
