Linisher - PM Shift

Job Title: Linisher

Location: Kingswinford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 02:00 – 22:00
Pay Rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Linisher to join a busy manufacturing environment in Kingswinford.

• Operating hand-held grinders and linishing equipment.
• Finishing and preparing metal components to required specifications.
• Removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections.
• Conducting visual quality checks on completed work.

• Previous experience using hand-held grinders and linishers is essential.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

• Standard rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience).
• Unsocial hours: Paid at 1.5x standard rate.
• Saturday: Paid at 1.5x standard rate.
• Sunday: Paid at 2x standard rate.
