This role ensures the day-to-day organisation of customer collections, finding ways to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service. You will work with Linehaul Drivers and sites across our network to ensure smooth and efficient plans that our drivers can follow.Key Role Responsibilities

Planning large volume upliftsLong, medium and short-term planning for holidays and peak timesKeeping sustainability at the forefront of your mind, and how we can plan in ways that more sustainableProvide audits and reviews on our HubsHoliday support for key members of the teamDay to day management of customer plansThe ideal candidate will have

Excellent multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure1-2 years\'' experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficialExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office is essentialWhat about career development?
