Line Setter Temp to Perm Night Shift Location: BrandonPay Rate: £14.00 per hourHours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm 6:00amContract: Temp to PermAbout the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing cosmetics and home fragrance manufacturer, for a motivated Line Setter to join their Production team.Our client manufactures a wide range of products including soaps, shampoos, creams, candles, diffusers and other personal care and fragrance products.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work with production machinery who is looking for a long-term, temp-to-perm position within a busy manufacturing environment.Please note: Although this is a permanent night-shift position, the successful candidate will be required to complete approximately two weeks of training on the day shift to ensure they are fully trained and confident in the role before moving onto nights.The Role As a Line Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting production lines to achieve the required quality standards and production speeds.You will work closely with Team Leaders and the wider Production and Engineering teams to ensure smooth changeovers, minimise downtime and maximise line performance.Planning and preparation will be an important part of the role, ensuring all machine parts, tooling and equipment required for changeovers are cleaned, prepared and ready in advance.Key Responsibilities Set up and adjust production lines to achieve ..... full job details .....
