We are recruiting for a reliable and meticulous Line Operative to join a busy, modern manufacturing team in Clevedon. This is a full-time position working standard day shifts (no weekends!), ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on production work that requires accuracy, speed, and great fine motor skills. Key Responsibilities Fabric Preparation: Perform precision cutting of technical fabric materials to exact specifications. Punching and Shaping: Accurately punch and prepare required hole sections in fabric panels. Thermal Equipment Operation: Use heat tools to melt, seal, and shape fabric components cleanly and safely. Line Operations: Work smoothly as part of a production line, adhering to strict quality, safety, and output targets. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
