You''ll ensure production targets are achieved, product quality is maintained, and your team works safely and efficiently throughout the shift.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the grading and packing of berries to maximise yield and minimise waste.Lead, motivate, and support a small production team to achieve daily targets.Monitor grading equipment, carrying out routine checks and reporting any faults promptly.Complete production, quality, and food safety records accurately.Monitor line performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and health and safety across the production area.Work closely with Production, Technical, and Quality teams to ensure customer specifications are consistently met.About YouWe''re looking for someone who ..... full job details .....
