Location: Brough
Pay Rate: -14.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - finish

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Line Leader on behalf of our client, a leading European plant service partner supplying high-quality, sustainable plants to major UK retailers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing operation supporting large-scale distribution across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a production/packing line to ensure daily targets are achieved
• Allocate tasks effectively to team members and monitor performance throughout the shift
• Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all products meet customer specifications
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Support training and development of new and existing staff
• Work closely with management to resolve any operational issues quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within production, logistics, or horticulture
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Flexible approach to working hours, with a willingness to stay until finish
