Line Leader

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Line Leader on behalf of our client, based on the outskirts of Canterbury. Due to the location, own transport is essential. Job Title: Line Leader Location: Canterbury Duration: Temporary to permanent (for the right candidate) Pay Rate: 14.00 - 15.90 per hour (enhanced overtime rates available) Key Responsibilities:Carry out all start-up checks and ensure the production line is set up efficiently and ready for operationCommunicate job priorities clearly to the team, keeping them updated on any changesEnsure the correct product and materials are used, with all packaging and labels quality-checked before productionTrain, support, and supervise packers, maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and performanceMonitor production progress, regularly reviewing the minus sheet and updating job status in line with SOPsManage stock effectively by ordering stock as required, ensuring all items are QC-approved prior to useComplete all documentation accurately and promptly, ensuring lines are cleaned and packaging is returned at the end of each job If you are interested in this opportunity, please click "Apply Now" or contact Emma or Poppy for more information.
