Line Leader

We are currently recruiting for Line Leader with good experience in Fresh produce for our client based in Canterbury, Kent to manage filling lines and labour to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and operate automated and manual filling & packing equipment and other machines as and when required on a day to day basis
• Setting equipment to ensure safety, optimised material usage and efficiency
• Complete processes in accordance with issued work instructions
• Observe and maintain quality standards as per work instructions
• Escalate issues to Management
• Provide support to team throughout where required
