This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about ensuring efficiency and quality in the packing process.Main Purpose of the Role:The Line Leader will play a crucial role in running the line smoothly and efficiently while adhering to compliance and health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Perform all startup checks for the line to ensure readiness.Communicate effectively with the ODS, Chiller, and Machine Operators regarding job priorities and updates.Prepare and set up the packing line efficiently.Collect packaging and labels from the store, ensuring quality control checks are conducted before starting.Verify that the product in the wet area matches the specified quality.Train packers and monitor hygiene standards on the line while providing necessary instructions.Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure all packaging is returned to the packaging department and the line is cleaned at the end of each job.Update job status on the minus ..... full job details .....
