Educated to GSE or O levels;Basic Food hygiene training/certification is desirableA recognized City and Guilds qualification or NVQ Level 2 for a Chefis desirableWork Experience:Some relevant experience of volume cooking in a hotel/restaurant/airline environment is desirable but not essentialSkills and Knowledge:
