- Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring consistent and efficient performance.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet the company''s standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete all necessary documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Participate in training sessions and engage in continuous improvement activities.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of production processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
