You''ll play a key role in ensuring our clients remain compliant while delivering a professional, high-quality service.If you''re an experienced engineer with excellent fault-finding skills, a customer-first approach and take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship, we''d love to hear from you.What You''ll Be DoingEmergency Lighting Maintenance and TestingInstall, maintain and repair emergency lighting systems in accordance with current regulations and British Standards.Carry out routine testing, inspections and planned preventative maintenance.Diagnose faults and undertake effective repairs to minimise downtime.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.Complete accurate service reports and compliance documentation following each visit.Customer ServiceBuild positive working relationships with clients and on-site teams across the Workspace portfolio.Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at every visit.Communicate clearly regarding findings, recommendations and ..... full job details .....
