About the Role

The Lighting Designer will be based in London, working on permanent basis with a salary between £32,000 and £48,000 per annum. This role involves crafting distinctive lighting concepts that improve ambience, usability, and safety while prioritising energy efficiency and sustainability. You will design fixtures, controls, and systems, ideally with prior experience across hospitality, retail, residential, galleries, events, or exteriors. A blend of creative flair and technical proficiency is essential, using Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Strong visualisation skills, including hand sketching and rendering, are required, alongside familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, 3DS Max, or V-Ray. International travel forms part of this position.

Lighting Designer required to generate unique and captivating lighting concepts to enhance aesthetics, mood and functionality considering factors such as energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety. Lighting fixtures, controls, and systems design experience ideally on client projects across Lifestyle, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Retail, Residential, Exterior, Gallery, one off Events and Exhibitions would be ideal.
The successful candidate will have a creative approach and technical expertise in lighting technologies, equipment and software tools used in the industry.
