Lighting Designer

We are currently seeking a Lighting Design Engineer to join a well-established company.You will be responsible for creating and providing a high standard of lighting designs and specifications to meet customer requirements.Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:Design and co-ordinate lighting projects from start to finish, using information provided to create a finished presentation for the customerLiaise with the client and other internal departments to discuss ideas, concepts and alternative solutions where requiredInvolved in the creating and designing of well-constructed plans, ensuring building regulations are met whilst providing a high level of knowledge and service to the customerPrepare detailed plans for both internal and external lighting requirements using Relux and DialuxWork as a team to discuss and implement ideas on projectsBrief and liaise with the Lighting Design Manager, Technical Director and other departments to ensure projects meet the building regulations and complianceWe are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to develop with a growing business. The ideal candidate must have:A minimum of 2 years working within a Lighting Design Engineer roleLIA qualificationExperience using lighting design software such as Relux, Dialux and AutoCADDemonstrate a good understanding of lighting fundamentals and specificationsOrganisational and numerical skills to manage projects and budgetsExcellent communication skills, both written and ..... full job details .....
