Job Title: Crane Supervisor Location: Southampton Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive + benefits Overview We are looking for a skilled and reliable Crane Supervisor to oversee lifting operations on a busy site in Southampton. This role is critical to ensuring all lifts are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry regulations. Key Duties Supervise and coordinate all crane and lifting activities Ensure lifting operations are conducted according to approved lift plans Brief lifting teams and ensure clear communication at all times Carry out risk assessments and toolbox talks Monitor site safety and intervene where necessary Inspect lifting equipment and ensure compliance with regulations Liaise with site managers and other trades to maintain workflow Requirements Valid CPCS or NPORS Crane Supervisor ticket Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety standards (LOLER, PUWER) Previous experience in a similar role Good leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment ..... full job details .....
