Lifting Supervisor
Connect Grp UK Ltd is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our client, a reputable demolition company based in Bristol. They are currently seeking a Lifting Supervisor to join their team for a 6-month project. This role offers competitive pay at £26 per hour. If you have experience in crane and lift supervision, particularly in the demolition industry, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Crane / Lift Supervisor in the demolition sector.
- Relevant certification and qualifications for lifting operations.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to lifting and demolition.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Oversee all lifting operations to ensure they are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement lift plans in accordance with industry best practices.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments prior to lifting operations.
- Coordinate between various teams to ensure seamless execution of demolition activities.
- Monitor and document all lifting activities and report any incidents or discrepancies.
