      <description>Location: Tyne And Wear | Salary: 230.00-230.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Lift Supervisor / Slinger Signaller - Active TunnellingLocation: Sedgeletch Start Date: 12th October 2026 Company: Active Tunnelling Project: Shaft WorksWe are looking for an experienced Lift Supervisor with a valid Slinger/Signaller ticket to join an Active Tunnelling project in Sedgeletch, starting 12th October.Duties will include:Supervising and coordinating lifting operationsCarrying out Slinger/Signaller duties when requiredSupporting lifting operations around shaftsWorking closely with crane operators and the site teamEnsuring lifts are completed safely and in accordance with lift plansSupporting general shafting operationsMaintaining high health and safety standards on siteRequirements:Valid Lift Supervisor ticketValid Slinger/Signaller ticketPrevious experience supervising lifting operationsPrevious shaft, tunnelling or heavy civils experience preferredStrong understanding of lifting procedures and site safetyReliable and confident working within a tunnelling environmentIf you''re an experienced Lift Supervisor with a Slinger/Signaller ticket and are available from 12th October, please get in touch with your CV, tickets and availability.</description>
