Duties will include: -Supervise and coordinate lifting operations on site, ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with approved lift plans. -Coordinating Crane Operators, Steel Erectors and Slinger/Signallers to ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently. -Conduct pre-lift briefings and toolbox talks with lifting teams. -Ensure all lifting operations are undertaken in accordance with approved lifting plans, risk assessments and method statements. -Check crane positioning, ground conditions, exclusion zones and site access arrangements against approved lifting plans. -Supervise the safe loading, unloading and positioning of mechanical equipment, pipework, structural components and construction materials. -Coordinating crane movements and lifting activities acro...
