Lift Supervisor

Position: Lift Supervisor Location: Buxton Start date: 02.11.26 Duration: 3-4 months Hours of Work: Mon-Sat, approx 60hrs/week PAYE Pay Rates: Mon-Fri, All Hours: 27.00/hr, including 2.90/hr Holiday Pay Sat-Sun, All Hours: 34.00/hr The Role: Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for a Lift Supervisor for a construction project on Buxton cement plant. Duties will include: -Supervise and coordinate lifting operations on site, ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with approved lift plans. -Coordinating Crane Operators, Steel Erectors and Slinger/Signallers to ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently. -Conduct pre-lift briefings and toolbox talks with lifting teams. -Ensure all lifting operations are undertaken in accordance with approved lifting plans, risk assessments and method statements. -Check crane positioning, ground conditions, exclusion zones and site access arrangements against approved lifting plans. -Supervise the safe loading, unloading and positioning of mechanical equipment, pipework, structural components and construction materials. -Coordinating crane movements and lifting activities across warehouses, laydown areas and construction work fronts. -Ensuring lifting accessories, rigging equipment and cranes have valid inspection and certification records. -Monitoring weather conditions, ground stability and other factors affecting lifting operations. -Ensuring lifting operations comply with LOLER, PUWER, BS ..... full job details .....
