Requirements: Valid National Grid Person ticket (essential) Valid CPCS or NPORS Lift Supervisor qualification Previous experience supervising lifting operations on civil engineering or utilities projects Good understanding of lifting plans, safe systems of work, and site health & safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Duties: Supervise all lifting operations in accordance with the lifting plan and site requirements Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with current legislation Coordinate with crane operators, slinger/signallers, and site management Monitor lifting operations and stop work if unsafe practices are identified Follow site instructions and National Grid safety standards Assist with general site duties when required Contract
